A B-boy is an individual who has the ability to express their feelings through rythmic and acrobatic body movements.

These stylized movements are commonly known as breaking or breakdancing. The "b" in b-boy can stand for break or boogie. Some say that the floor is the canvas and the body is the brush.

Also known to some as a way of life.
